This coaching focuses on:

  • Improving confidence and decision-making

  • Translating drawings into clear work packages

Ideal for estimators who want to grow faster and feel more confident in their work.

Hourly sessions can be added individually at $250/HOUR once the required minimum is completed

“Team Session”

We work together to:

  • Define estimating standards and expectations

  • Improve consistency across estimating staff

  • Balance workloads and responsibilities

  • Reduce rework and confusion

  • Develop junior estimators into contributors

This is about building a team that performs—not just individuals who survive deadlines.

  • Pre consult discovery Teams/Zoom meeting to plan the in-person consult.

  • 2 full days on-site with company and estimating staff

  • Day = 10 hour day at your disposal

  • 2 strategy coaching hour sessions (post consult) ($600 value)

  • 2 individual coaching hour sessions (post consult) ($500 value)

While on-site, we focus on:

  • 1/2 Day understanding your company culture, WIP, & estimating backlog

  • 1-1/2 Day observing and working with the chief estimator and estimating team covering any pre-determined information,
